Encryption Tool — simple
Encrypt and decrypt text using AES encryption.
Uses AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation (100k iterations). All processing is done locally in your browser.
How to use Encryption Tool
Paste Your Text in the Input Field
Click the 'Text to Encrypt' textarea at the top of the tool. Paste or type your message directly into this field. You can encrypt up to 10,000 characters per operation.
Enter Your Encryption Password
Click the 'Password' input field below the text area. Create a strong password with at least 8 characters (mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols). This password is required to decrypt the text later.
Select Your Encryption Method
Choose 'AES-256-CBC' from the Algorithm dropdown menu for maximum security. This is the recommended military-grade encryption standard for most users.
Click the Encrypt Button
Press the blue 'Encrypt Text' button. The tool will process your text using AES encryption and display the encrypted result in the 'Encrypted Output' box within 1-2 seconds.
Copy Your Encrypted Text
Click the 'Copy to Clipboard' button next to the encrypted output. Share this encrypted string safely via email, chat, or any messaging platform. The recipient needs only your password to decrypt it.
Decrypt by Pasting Encrypted Text and Password
To decrypt, paste the encrypted string into the text field, enter the original password, and click 'Decrypt Text'. The original message appears instantly in the output box.
